What helps most
- Both addresses, and what the approach is like at each — street, courtyard, lane or farm track
- Roughly how much there is, including the loft, garage, shed and any outbuildings
- Anything old, heavy or fragile — period property, a piano, marble, mirrors, framed work
- How much packing you want done, and whether you need storage between completions
- Whether this is a downsizing move, so we can flag anything that will not fit
- Your date, even if it is still provisional
What happens next
